Very good residential complex in DIP 1. Very good society and fully greenery with trees, lawn and plants etc. Cons- People's are facing some parcking issues and living cost and room rent are little costly here.

We had been staying here in building number 80 in room no 204 for 6 months. This was our first room in Dubai. We took it for monthly rent from a person. He had rented it from the owner of the flat( Mr. Anwar) on an yearly basis. Everything was good until December when the owner decided to increase the rental charges. The owner of flat informed about the raise in rent only on last week of December. Within that stipulated time period it was difficult for us to find a new room. The owner permitted us to continue there for one more month but with increased rent. So we paid for one more month at an increased rate. Anyway we decided to move out the next month. Our stay there for the last month in january was horrible and terrible. Even without any prior notice the owner started some renovation work inside the flat. The hall room which was already partitioned into 2 bedrooms were demolished and partitioned into 4 small bedrooms. Everywhere there was dust and dirt because of the work. From morning till night, the drilling and cutting sound all over the whole flat. A total mess everywhere. For the last one week we couldn't even use the kitchen as they removed all the pipe connections from there. And we were unable to use the washing machine for one week since it was placed inside the kitchen. All these made our last days horrible there. What i felt really bad was, he did all these without any prior notice. On the last day before i left that room, they disconnected the water supply. There was no water in the washroom too for a whole day. Basic amenities had been denied to us. They had never considered that humans are living inside that flat.
Unsafe. Poor patrolling system. There no proper patrolling from security team. 14/01/2023 play area many people gathered and did some party with loud music till midnight 12:00am. Nobody slept well. People who’s having small babies in the room how they can sleep. It was totally disturbing and no serious patrolling was conducted. Unsafe.Finally Mr. Shaan security guard came with my request and helped me.
I visited there to my cousin it was nice place and they have good parking space. The security guard did not make any problem with me and allowed me to go after some checking.
Superb residency. I just love the ambience. Peaceful and calm. But the most important thing is the greenery, trees and birds are there. That makes you feel very relaxed. So soothing. There is well maintained swimming pool.
Nice environment for family settlement
I stayed in building 31 room number 101 for 3 months. I have had a terrible experience. The owner did not allow us to switch on the AC even during peak summer. He used to abuse us verbally. We were not provided even the basic day to day facilities. Nobody deserves to stay in a place like this.
